Quality Assurance

Throughout each stage of our process within each department; estimating, detailing, procurement, fabrication, finishes, erection and project management - there is a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) representative recording our progress. Our QA plan is based on accessibility and accountability and there will always be a responsible representative available to answer your questions and address any concerns or changes that may arise during or after the project.

As a certified AISC and LA City fabricator, it is Quality Iron's responsibility to exceed our industry's QA standards at every stage of the project; our team fosters a "Right the First Time" attitude towards QA, with the goal of eliminating mistakes through a learner's culture. We understand that Quality is ultimately determined by the product users and clients and that Quality does not have to be the same as expensive.

A significant portion to our QA program encompasses our commitment to safety and our OnQ Safety program is integrated in to the production and erection components of our QA program, with an emphasis on being safe in everything that we do we eliminate injury and work loss as well.
