One of the most valuable services that Quality Iron offers is a full time Design – Build resource. Our Design – Build team has worked with many of the largest General Contractors in the country, utilizing the most advanced technology – Quality Iron operates off of a BIM platform – and a can do attitude.

Most projects begin with our Design-Build / Estimating department and we think that we make a good first impression. We pride ourselves in working side by side with our clients early on in the project and understand the patience and commitment many Design-Build opportunities require. Quality Iron has earned a reputation over the years for providing professional on-time proposals, regardless of the size of the project.

With over 50 years of combined steel Design-Build / Estimating experience on our team we understand the importance of an accurate and detailed proposal and have the experience and technology to work with any set of plans – from a Design-Build 50% set located on an ftp site download to a sketch on a piece of torn cardboard – our in-house estimating department has seen it all.

A dedicated estimator is assigned to each project the day we accept the invitation to provide a proposal, aligning our goals with yours, we are committed to winning work through old fashioned due diligence and creative value engineering.
